Ordering
1.1 How can I place an order with KSN?
Website & Telephone; KSN prefer orders via our website checkout system to ensure accurate & prompt order processing, however we are more than happy to accept your order via telephone on 0871 230 0540.
1.2 What payment methods do you accept?
UK Customers
We accept most major credit & debit cards including VISA, VISA DEBIT, DELTA, ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO for both online & telephone orders. Bank Transfers can also be arranged upon request for both telephone orders & online. We offer 1% discount for instant Bank Transfer/BACS payments.
International (non-UK)
We accept orders & can ship all over the world. All international orders can be paid for via Bank/Wire transfer or Credit/Debit card. Each international order is verified by our sales staff & then we can email you the required information allowing you to make secure online card payment or issue a Bank Transfer to us.
1.3 Are there surcharges for certain payment methods?
No surcharges apply to online orders.
Due to increased charges from our merchant providers and administration costs, we are required to charge a 1.0% surcharge to cover our additional overhead for telephone payments only.
1.4 What is the order cut-off time?
The order cut-off time is 5:00pm GMT (17:00) Monday – Friday.
1.5 Can I cancel an order?
You have till the end of the same working day of placing the order to cancel or amend it. Cancellations or amendments can be requested via email or telephone. [Orders placed on weekends have till end of Monday] Once this time passes your order will be subject to the returns policy, and any requests for cancellation will have to be done via RMA processing.
Delivery
2.1 I’ve placed an order, when will it be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched in 1 or 2 working days, this is subject to us receiving a cleared payment & that all goods in your order were in stock on the day of ordering.
2.2 When is stock allocated?
Stock is allocated at the end of day for orders placed during Monday to Friday; orders placed on weekends have stock allocated the next working day (excluding Bank Holidays).
2.3 Can you dispatch my order same day?
Only orders placed on the Next Working Day Delivery option will be dispatched same or next working day, all other orders require at least 1 working day for order processing as we dispatch from multiple locations.
2.4 How am I notified of order updates?
KSN will always update customers via automated emails when a order is received & also when an order is dispatched.
2.5 I choose a delivery service that should have a tracking number, how can I get this information?
KSN will automatically add tracking information to your order status emails when your goods are dispatched.
2.6 Can I collect my order?
At the present moment in time we have temporarily disabled the collection service.
