KSN are a reliable source for IT hardware and services for both consumers and trade. KSN are primarily known for being a leading specialist in the laptop computing sector which includes a successful laptop repair centre, sales of laptop computers and stockist of laptop spares & accessories.
Initially launched in the summer of 2005 to begin trading as ISC (via isc-online.co.uk) we quickly realised our potential within months of beginning trading, with confident yet realistic goals we continued to grow, until 2009 when we realised that we wanted our identity to be completely unique & our goals moving forward could not be achieved with a similarly named competitor, we rebranded and KSN was then born in February 2009 to provide the same excellent service to our existing customers, as well with the aims to reach more domestic & business clients & show the rest what they were missing out on.
This site is the e-commerce solution for KSN customers, please use it to browse our products, and if anything is not listed please do not hesitate to email or call us. We have been making many changes to the site recently to make it more user friendly.

Quite simply, the aim of KSN is to become the largest support-oriented online retailer of specialised computer components, peripherals, hardware & software.
Our aim is to reduce your purchasing costs for IT equipment without the loss of any customer service or support you would expect from a high street independent.
Specifically we want to give you the confidence before a purchase so you can make the RIGHT decision, buy the RIGHT items you need, at the RIGHT pricing to support you financially.
The biggest point of our company ethos as an online retailer, which many other retailers currently take advantage of, is support YOU the client AFTER the sale has completed, giving you the product and post sales support that you would expect from the high street.
Product Lines
We have vastly refined our product lines in 2009/2010 with around 2000 items listed on the site.
We work very closely with our suppliers & are able to offer this range of goods at keen prices all year round by effective logistics & distribution.
Our view on product lines is quality not quantity! Other online retailers boast huge product listings by keeping redundant out-of-stock & end of life products listed in their websites. In our opinion, this hinders the customers shopping experience by having to go through thousands of useless lines to find what you want. KSN offer a 85% ready to ship inventory, meaning majority of what we list is in stock & ready to be ordered.
KSN developers continue to constantly refine our site on a weekly basis so that you can find the product you are looking for in seconds not minutes!
Next Day Delivery
With our improved logistics infrastructure we are able to offer next day AM delivery for orders placed up to 5:30PM on working days.
Certain lines are drop shipped directly to your door straight from our suppliers, thus improving our service levels even further.
Our Partners
In February 2010 we launched SagePay payment systems to replace PayPal and Google Checkout, we have been pleased with our move, because clients are now much safer by processing fast, secure one-time transactions. As a business SagePay has allowed us easier management and reconciliation of incoming payments.
KSN have been using services from The 3rd Man to assist in order and customer screening as well as being one of our major fraud prevention tools. Used in conjunction with SagePay we have managed to filter and block many fraudulent transactions, thus giving the original card holders peace of mind.
KSN take part in yearly PCI DSS tests that allow key areas of our business practises to be examined & surveyed; this ensures we maintain a secure network and most importantly we protect client cardholder data. It also gives us the chance to invite new methods & practises to be adopted should requirements by the PCI council change.
Plans for 2010
We have completed another server migration in February 2010 to increase speed & security even further, yet again, due to more & more daily traffic this will allow improved service levels even further.
We will be improving taxation for clients residing VAT exempt channel islands, with this we aim for our checkout system to remove the VAT tax if you are having your order delivered to a VAT exempt island.
We are on the hunt for more product ranges this year, so our purchasing team will be re-inventing themselves by bringing in newer exciting merchandise ready to be delivered to your door.
